If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including comments, feedback, or project submissions, you grant Styletech Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.

6. Course Enrollment and Access

6.1 Enrollment

Access to specific masterclasses or courses may require payment or enrollment. Enrollment grants you access to the designated course materials for the period specified at the time of purchase.

6.2 Access Duration

Unless stated otherwise, course access is granted for the lifetime of the course on the platform. Styletech Labs reserves the right to discontinue or modify courses with reasonable notice.

6.3 No Transfer of Access

Course access rights are personal to you and may not be transferred, gifted, or resold to any other individual or entity.

7.1 Pricing

All fees for courses or services are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for purchases already completed.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. Styletech Labs does not store your full payment card details.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Styletech Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, instructors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Styletech Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform, other users, or Styletech Labs.
